Fed up of trying to find where you left your own comments on your blog ?

Then connect yourself on to Skyrock.com, go to “Edit my blog” then “Settings” and tick the box “Distinguish my comments”.

Don't forget to validate !

As from now your own comments will be displayed on a coloured background so that they can be distinguished from the other comments. You can choose your own colour !

What do you think about that ? Dash us a comment, we will reply back with a comment that has a different colour ;)

Have too much success ? You receive lots of votes and you want to take a break ? You've become good and do not want to defy anyone ?

Now it is possible to deactivate the reception of your duels and votes !!

It's really simple: Connect yourself on to Skyrock.com, click on “Edit my profile”, underneath your presentation you shall find two boxes to tick “Accept Duels” and “Accept votes”.

Therefore you shall not receive any votes or duels. Feel free to reactivate them whenever you feel like it.

Nothing will be reset.

New ! When the friends of your friends are also your friends !
On Skyrock from now on you know if you have friends in common with other users !

When you are connected on to Skyrock.com and that you browse a blog, on the right hand side you shall find a column with a section « friends in common »

When you manage your friends invitations, best friends,... you know directly how many friends in common you have and with each user !

Awesome isn't it ?

Having good ratings is something you might be interested in ? Then read the following carefully !

From Wednesday 6th of May several important changes are going to occur on the profiles ratings.
We decided to review the profiles rating system and this is how its going to be :

One rating per day and per profile.

Once you have giving a rate to a profile you cannot change it before the following day. The same thing goes for the others. You're going to have to impress people to obtain lots and lots of ratings every day. ;)

A new indicator for the tops : The score

Currently it's the average rating that is used for the Top 500. Therefore a user that has 10 “+5” and 10 “+4” finds himself not as well ranked than a user having just one “+5”. It's not very fare. :(

It's going to change. From Wednesday it's YOUR SCORE that's going to decide the rank in the Top 500. The SCORE basically rewards the most “frequent” users meaning those who had the best rates at the time.

For example : If you have 50 “+5” and 20 “+4” you score will be 4.65 and you'll be better ranked than someone having 10 “+5” because his score will be 4.54 !

To put in place this new rate system, we must reset everything to zero (even the top 500).


It's the right time to get good rates and be the 1st in line !

Another newness really fun on the blogs : the link situated under each videos and widgets !
Thanks to it you add the video (Youtube, Dailymotion...) or the widget (GoogleMaps, Pixule...) that you like directly on your blog.

All you need to do is click on the link "Add this video to my blog" or "Add this widget to my blog" (you must me logged on to your account) an article automatically creates itself on your blog just validate it and it will be online.
